Rumour has it, that fashion darling Phoebe Philo may be launching her own line, almost exactly one year after leaving fashion house Chloe! Stay tuned peeps, this could be GOLD! I wonder what Stella would be thinking, by the way Stella will be in Australia to launch her collection in Melbourne in March- tres excitement!
