Ok, perhaps that title is a little full-on, but it got your attention. And sometimes it's fun to say things that are just obnoxious and unnecessary- kind of what it must be like to be Bill O'Rilley. But anyway, back to the purpose of this post. This is a new feature for youwish... in which we expose copy cat fashion designers. You'd be surprised how many there are out there.

Viktor & Rolf S/S 04 and Imitation of Christ F/W 05

The dress on the left was first debuted by Victor & Rolf in 2004, then in 2005 the label Imitation of Christ premiered a 'remarkably' similar dress in their Fall/Winter show. Coincidence? I think not.

If I was at that Imitation of Crap show, I would have booed the model and thrown popcorn at the designers when they walked out. They need to change their name from Imitation of Christ to Imitation of Victor and Rolf Spring/Summer 2004. Jesus would be disgusted!

P.S. In the interests of full disclosure we should let you know, we stole these look-a-like photos from The Fashion Spot. Maybe that explains the angry title- self hate.

Magazine Wednesday- That's a bit rude

Via Oh la la Paris we stumbled upon this editorial spread from the latest issue of international Vogue Homme, featuring, on the cover, everyone's favourite homme- Lenny Kravitz. The shots were for an editorial piece called Second Skin by photographer Paola Kudacki, to promote a whole range of fragrances.

Nothing like an gratuitous cock shot to sell some perfume. In fact there's nothing like a gratuitous cock shot to sell ANYTHING. I won't buy a carton of milk unless I've first seen an ad of a fit Milkman with his willy hanging out. And the only reason I bought my car was because the dealer flashed his salami to me as I was considering the purchase. Ask any salesman and they'll tell you the quickest way to close a sale, is to show a bit of cock, or if you really want to impress, flash your balls. I'm surprised Vogue took so long to get on to this!
