Only $70,000,000?

They say New York is a city of renters, but why should I pay rent when I can own my own pad in the heart of the city.

The top 3 floors of The Pierre Hotel have just gone on the market, and for a measly 70 million why wouldn't I give up my room in the heart of Astoria Queens? I mean, I may have a single bed and my own shelf in the fridge, but this place has 10 bathrooms! I could use a different one every day of the week and still have a few left over for the holidays!

And really 7o million isn't that much- I have good credit. Oh and of course there is the annual maintenance fee of $38,720 bucks. But surely butler could scrummage that from the back of the couch- why the government still bothers to make notes under $50 I'll never understand.

Wonder if it's on Craigslist?
